•If flag PK_CAPS_BY_CONTENT isn't specified or both functions CanYouHandleThisFileW and CanYouHandleThisFile, are missing, any file with the extension will be detected as archive of that type, even though this is a coincidence, and archive content has a different format. Unless there is another plugin, which can identify the archive by contents and take care of the file.
