A disk can have a default folder. Then on selecting a disk instead of opening the disk root, the specified folder will be open.

For instance, for disk "\" (Network) the default folder can be a popular shared resource, thus reducing amount of efforts needed to navigate the network.

The default folder can be specified in the disk context menu or on the button for disk selection: DefFolder .

Disks with default folder are marked by the green corner.
