You need to select tools before moving them, changing their size, change size of multiple tools, delete tools..
Individual tools can be picked up in following ways:
•Ctrl+Click
•Middle Click
•Right+Left Click
To select a large number of tools use the selector:

Start selection point. To start selection click on an empty spot of the ribbon or on any tool: •Ctrl+Click •Middle Click •Right Click+Left Click

Move the mouse over tools to be selected.

If holding Shift when selecting, new tools will be added to the previous selection.
To remove selection press Esc.
